If at any time after 30 days, you would like a refund, we will cancel your account and give you a prorated refund for the unused time remaining in that period. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

I understand that any links and/or content submitted to Affiliate SEM are under the control of GMS and as such they have the right and ability to remove any sites, links and/or content at their sole discretion, without compensation.

I agree that GMS is NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PR (page rank), TRAFFIC, SEARCH ENGINE POSITION, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS INCURRED FROM THE REMOVAL OF A SITE OR LINKS.

It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
